Wayland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has a newly constructed skilled care wing; all rooms are private (see photos above)with private bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers. The skilled care rooms have a flat screen TV, desk, love seat along with other amenities.
Our long-term care wing has private as well as semi-private rooms available.

Wayland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has several multi-purpose rooms for visiting, socializing, playing a card game, birthday parties, and family gatherings. And many other indoor and outdoor areas for our residents to enjoy.
Our facility has five dining rooms to accommodate residents during meals. Dining rooms are designed so that residents can socialize while they enjoy our nutritious and delicious entrees.
Our facility provides and encourages our residents to actively participate in activities functions such as games, music, religious services as desired, and entertainment. This encourages socialization and a sense of community for our residents.
Wayland’s activity program offers a variety of activities for our resident’s ranging from crafts, memory games, exercise, baking, bingo, card games, to music programs and religious activities. Everyone sure to find something to spark their interest.
